Dream Height stands behind its products with a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a refund. If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.

Refund Process

• Refunds may take up to 14-30 working days from approval, with email notification to the customer. 
• Order cancellations incur a 15% shipment fee deduction. 
• Defective products are exchanged; the buyer covers shipment for the new product. 
• Approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 30 business days.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 15 business days.
• Dream Height reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges.


Order Cancellation 

• Cancellations after shipping are not accepted. 
• Dream Height may cancel orders due to shipping limitations, pricing errors, or product availability issues.
• Refunds will be issued in such cases. Proof of Identification 
• KYASHA HERBALS reserves the right to request customer identification during delivery. • • Failure to provide identification can result in order cancellation.
