To initiate the process, return the unopened product along with purchase details.

For a smooth return process, follow these steps:

Return should be raised within 2 days.

·         Notify us of your return and provide the reason through the refund page on our website.

·         Use a reliable courier service to send the product back, and share shipment details via email.

·         Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging for a refund.

·         Ensure the product is not damaged during courier to be eligible for a refund.

·         Clearly mention your billing address, name, and contact number on the return label.

·         Buyer bears the cost of shipment for returns.

·         Products damaged during shipment or due to improper packaging are not eligible for return or refund.

·         Contact Dream Height immediately if a product arrives damaged.

·         Ship the damaged product back to us, with shipment cost borne by the buyer.
